Design & Character

The Amish Concord Boat Shape Table brings classic proportions and warm, inviting character to your dining room. Its boat shape top with a waterfall edge creates gentle curves, set on turned legs for a traditional silhouette. Self-storing leaves on wood slides make this extension table easy to expand for gatherings large and small. Suited to both formal gatherings and casual family meals, the Concord Table pairs naturally with the rest of the Concord Collection, creating a fully unified dining room with understated, enduring elegance.

Craftsmanship

The Amish Concord Boat Shape Table is benchmade by skilled Amish craftsmen using traditional woodworking techniques refined over generations. Each table begins with carefully selected solid hardwood, chosen for its exceptional grain character and long-term structural integrity. Amish woodworkers shape the boat shape top and its waterfall edge by hand, a more complex process than a straight-edged top, requiring skilled execution to achieve clean, consistent curves. Each turned leg is shaped and fitted with the precision that only Amish craftsmen take the time to execute properly. Using methods such as mortise and tenon, tongue and groove, and dovetail joints — rather than butt joints and nails — to ensure decades of structural integrity. Every element of this Amish table reflects the meticulous attention to detail and unwavering commitment to quality that defines genuine Amish craftsmanship.

Heirloom Quality

This isn't disposable furniture — it's an investment in your family's future. While mass-produced tables deteriorate and require replacement every few years, the Amish Concord Boat Shape Table's solid hardwood construction and traditional joinery ensure it will serve your family for generations. The hand-applied finish deepens with age, developing a warm patina that enhances the Concord's classic character for decades to come. Consider the true cost: cheaply made tables replaced multiple times over twenty years versus one exceptional piece your grandchildren will inherit. The Amish Concord Boat Shape Table delivers enduring value that transcends its initial investment — this is furniture built to become a treasured family heirloom, serving your loved ones for decades of gatherings to come.
