Materials & Durability

PlayMor built the Boredom Buster Outdoor Playset from structural Southern Yellow Pine — one of the strongest and most durable domestic lumber species available. This fast-growing, renewable resource delivers the kind of solid, dependable construction that holds up through years of active outdoor play. In addition, PlayMor's skilled craftsmen in Ohio hand-craft every set, ensuring consistent quality from post to beam.

Natural Strength

Every piece of lumber is carefully milled and all edges are rounded to eliminate sharp corners. Because of this attention to detail, little hands stay safe during every climb, swing, and slide. On top of that, the classic wood construction gives the Boredom Buster a timeless look that fits naturally in any backyard as a true wooden swing set.

A Classic You Can Make Your Own

As with all wood playsets, the Boredom Buster will benefit from periodic staining or painting to maintain its appearance and longevity over time. Meanwhile, this is a straightforward tradeoff for an accessible entry price point — and one that comes with a genuine upside. Because the wood surface accepts any stain or paint, you can refinish it in any color you choose, making it easy to refresh the look as your family's style evolves. Either way, the set comes backed by PlayMor's wood playset warranty.

Why You'll Love It

Say goodbye to boredom with the Boredom Buster playset. Designed to keep your children entertained and engaged for hours on end, this versatile set features a variety of activities that will spark your child's imagination and creativity. The swings provide a thrilling ride through the air, while the trapeze with rings offers a unique and exciting way to play. The scoop wave slide and rock wall provide a fun and challenging way to climb up and slide down. Say goodbye to boredom and hello to endless entertainment with the Boredom Buster — a backyard swing set built for endless play.

Ten-Year Limited Warranty:

The Company warrants to the original purchaser (1) all treated yellow pine wooden components against damage caused by termites and fungal decay and (2) its metal braces, PlayMor Scoop Wave Slides, and Play Mor Baby Swings to be free from defects in material and workmanship for ten (10) years after the original purchase date.

General Provisions Applicable To Both Warranties:

"Defects" do not include surface rust on metal parts and chains; surface checking and cracking on wood which does not affect the structural integrity of the Swing Set; mold growth; fading, peeling, blistering, or any other deterioration of the stain application; or fading of colors on unit components and therefore such conditions are not covered by these warranties. Additional Terms:

The Company makes no other warranty, expressed or implied. The Company makes no warranty of merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose beyond the term of the express warranty; however, some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so this exclusion may not apply to you. No employee or representative is authorized to change this warranty in any way or grant any other warranty on behalf of the Company.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
