Design & Character

Lake Mills Collection

The Lake Mills Collection brings a modern, mid-century modern sensibility to the home office, with clean lines and a two-tone wood look that feels fresh rather than fussy. This corner desk is the workhorse of that look, tucking a generous 66 inch surface into a corner so a smaller room gains a full-size station without losing its floor. The 36 inch depth leaves real room for a monitor and a writing area side by side, while warm Brown Maple keeps the modern silhouette from reading cold. It is a smart anchor for a study that wants contemporary style and a serious amount of usable surface in one piece.

Craftsmanship

Every Lake Mills piece is benchmade by Amish craftsmen in Fredericksburg, Ohio, where A&L Furniture has built solid hardwood office furniture since 1996. The work happens on-site from rough lumber to final coat, which keeps quality in hand. A corner desk asks for a top that stays flat and square where two runs of surface meet, so the work surface is solid hardwood rather than a veneered panel. A three-step finishing process, applied by hand, brings out the Brown Maple grain and seals every surface against years of use. It is the kind of build that holds up to real work.

Heirloom Quality

Built to last, this corner desk is solid hardwood through and through, with no veneer or particleboard hiding under the finish. A corner station takes a lifetime of elbows, rolling chairs, and daily handling, and solid wood lets it absorb that wear and stay sound for decades. The clean modern lines are made to age gracefully alongside the hardwood beneath them. Choose from a deep menu of species and stains so the desk matches the room it lands in. Order it your way and Millwest delivers your finished desk to your door with nationwide delivery across the continental US, putting heirloom solid wood within reach.

Design & Character

Lake Mills Collection

The Lake Mills Collection brings a modern, mid-century modern sensibility to the home office, with clean lines and a two-tone wood look that feels fresh rather than fussy. This drop-down desk is the space-saver of the line, a wall piece whose work surface folds down when you need it and tucks away when you do not. At just 16 inches deep, it carves a station out of a hallway, a closet nook, or a corner of a small apartment. Warm Sap Cherry keeps the compact modern form inviting rather than utilitarian. It is a clever answer for anyone who wants a real workspace without surrendering a whole room.

Every Lake Mills piece is benchmade by Amish craftsmen in Fredericksburg, Ohio, where A&L Furniture has built solid hardwood office furniture since 1996. The work happens on-site from rough lumber to final coat, which keeps quality in hand. A drop-down desk depends on a work surface that stays flat and true through repeated folding and unfolding, so it is solid hardwood rather than a veneered panel. A three-step finishing process, applied by hand, brings out the Sap Cherry grain and seals every surface against years of daily use. It is the kind of build that answers for itself and holds up to real work.

Heirloom Quality

Built to last, this drop-down desk is solid hardwood through and through, with no veneer or particleboard hiding under the finish. A folding work surface is moved and handled constantly, and solid wood is what lets it take that repeated motion and stay sound for decades rather than years. The clean modern lines are made to age gracefully alongside the hardwood beneath them. Choose from a deep menu of species and stains so the desk matches the room it lands in.
