Perfect For

The Resilience Firm mattress works beautifully for adjustable base users who need a mattress that flexes without compromising support. Similarly, it's ideal for those managing sleep apnea, acid reflux, or circulation issues who benefit from elevated sleeping positions. In addition, back and stomach sleepers appreciate the firm 95-density natural Talalay latex that maintains proper spinal alignment while providing responsive comfort.

What Makes the Resilience Firm Special

The Resilience Firm mattress features natural Talalay latex on both sides—sourced from real rubber tree sap and naturally hypoallergenic and antibacterial. Additionally, the independent pocketed coil system allows each spring to move independently, providing individual support while minimizing motion transfer between sleep partners. Furthermore, the double-sided construction extends mattress life by allowing you to rotate and flip regularly for even wear.

This mattress stands out with its specialized design for adjustable foundations—the flexible construction bends smoothly without damaging internal components. Specifically, the pocket coil system and resilient latex layers work together to maintain comfort and support whether the bed is flat or articulated, making it perfect for those who read, watch TV, or need health-related positioning adjustments.

Construction & Materials

Comfort Layers (Both Sides):

• .75" quilted cover, polyurethane foam (1.8 wt.)
• 1" natural Talalay latex 95

Support System:

• Independent pocketed coil steel innerspring
• Coil counts: Twin: 508 | Full: 688 | Queen: 800 | King: 992

All foams are CertiPUR-US certified, meaning they are made without formaldehyde, ozone depleters, mercury, lead and other heavy metals. Foams are screened for relevant chemicals, including flame retardants, that are classified as carcinogens, mutagens or reproductive toxins and are harmful to human health. Moreover, the fire-retardant cover uses a rayon-polyester fiber blend with no topical chemical treatments. The natural Talalay latex is harvested from rubber trees, making it hypoallergenic, antibacterial, and environmentally sustainable.

Returns & Warranty

90-Day Comfort Trial: Sleep on your new Resilience Firm for at least 30 nights before deciding — most bodies need time to adjust. If it's not quite right, you have two options:

• Swap for a different mattress for a $250 swap fee.
• Return it for a $250 return fee.

A mattress protector is strongly recommended — stained mattresses are not eligible for return, swap, or warranty service.

20-Year Limited Warranty: Covered against defects in workmanship or materials. Full no-charge repair or replacement for the first 10 years; prorated coverage continues through year 20. Proper foundation support is required for warranty validity — compatible foundations include Monarch Rest foundations, platform beds with solid decks, or adjustable bases rated for 800+ lbs.

Why Choose Monarch Rest

Unlike mass-produced mattresses, every Resilience Firm mattress is handcrafted by skilled Amish artisans who've perfected their craft over generations. Consequently, you receive a mattress built to last 20 years, not just 5-7 like many competitors. Our natural Talalay latex comes from a consistent supplier we've worked with for over 8 years, ensuring reliable quality. Additionally, our independent pocketed coils are the best on the market today, providing superior motion isolation and longevity compared to traditional connected coil systems.

Care & Maintenance

To maximize your investment, we recommend using a mattress protector at all times. Additionally, rotate the mattress head-to-foot AND flip it every six months (Spring and Fall) to ensure even wear on both sides.
