Design & Character

Kapernaum Collection

The Kapernaum Collection takes its name from the German name for a town along the Sea of Galilee, and it carries a quiet, traditional dignity to match. Flared posts, curved legs, and flush inset drawers give the line a settled, classic look. This corner desk puts that styling to work across two wall-length surfaces, wrapping you in workspace for a monitor, a laptop, and the paperwork of a busy day. A lap drawer hides a keyboard tray and pencil drawer combo that pulls out when you need it and tucks away when you do not, keeping the broad top clear for real work in solid wood.

Craftsmanship

Every Kapernaum piece is benchmade by Amish craftsmen in Fredericksburg, Ohio, where A&L Furniture has built solid hardwood office furniture since 1996. The work happens on-site from rough lumber to final coat. The flush inset drawers are fitted to sit clean and flat within the frame, and the keyboard pullout glides smoothly across its track. A three-step finishing process, applied by hand, brings out the grain and seals every surface against years of daily use. The flared posts and curved legs are shaped to carry the weight of a full corner workstation. It is the kind of build meant to last a lifetime.

Heirloom Quality

Built to last a lifetime, this corner desk is solid hardwood through and through, with no veneer or particleboard hiding under the finish. The inset drawers ride within a frame joined to outlast their first owner, and the broad twin surfaces are built to carry monitors, equipment, and the daily load of a working office without complaint. Choose from a deep menu of species and stains so the desk matches the room it anchors. Order it your way and Millwest delivers your finished corner desk straight to your door with nationwide delivery across the continental US, putting heirloom solid wood within reach.
