Design & Character

Mission Collection

Mission design favors honest lines over ornament, and the tallest cabinet in the line still wears them well. Flat drawer fronts stack clean and even up the face, black Mission hardware reads as a quiet graphic accent, and an arched cut-out base lifts the piece with craftsman character. At a full fifty-six inches tall, this four-drawer cabinet delivers the most storage in the collection, ideal for an office that lives and dies by its paperwork. Every drawer travels the full length of its slides, so the folders at the very back stay within reach. It is honest storage in real wood, built for a serious working office.

Craftsmanship

Every Mission piece is benchmade by Amish craftsmen in Fredericksburg, Ohio, where A&L Furniture has built solid hardwood office furniture since 1996. The work happens on-site from rough lumber to final coat. The letter-size drawers ride on full-extension slides that pull all the way out, so nothing gets buried at the back of a deep cabinet, and the flat fronts are cut and fitted by hand. A three-step finishing process, applied by hand, brings out the grain and seals every surface against years of daily filing. It is the kind of build that answers for itself and quietly holds up under steady, real work.

Heirloom Quality

Built to last, this file cabinet is solid hardwood through and through, with no veneer or particleboard hiding under the finish. The full-extension slides carry the weight of four packed drawers without complaint, and the joinery is the kind meant to outlast its first owner in the office. Choose from a deep menu of species and stains so the cabinet matches the desk it serves and the room it lands in. Order it your way and Millwest delivers your finished cabinet straight to your door with nationwide delivery across the continental US, putting heirloom solid wood within reach of any busy office.
